SolarTech, an Initiative to the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, is a multidisciplinary industry consortium in pursuit of transformational ideas and solutions. Since its inception in 2007, SolarTech has brought together member companies from across the entire value chain to identify market inefficiencies and resolve barriers to adoption of solar electricity.
 
Today, approximately 70 leading solar companies and stakeholders have joined forces to become a top source for advancing implementation practices and standards common to the solar industry. Members include companies from photovoltaic and equipment and component manufacturing, system integrators, utilities, city representatives and members of the financial community.
